How we collect consent. We send text messages only to people who give express written consent by providing their mobile number in the contact form on our website and checking the applicable SMS consent box. There are two separate boxes: one for non-marketing messages and one for marketing messages. You may choose either, both, or neither. The boxes are never pre-checked. Consent to receive text messages is never required to contact us, register for a training, or make a purchase, and providing your phone number alone, or accepting our Terms of Service, does not by itself give consent to receive text messages.

What we send. If you consent to non-marketing messages, you may receive replies to your inquiry, registration confirmations and reminders for trainings you signed up for, and appointment confirmations. If you separately consent to marketing messages, you may also receive invitations to upcoming free trainings and updates about our education programs.

How to stop. Reply STOP to any message at any time. We will send one confirmation message and you will receive nothing further. To rejoin, opt in again through the contact form on our website.

Costs. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your information. No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. You must be 18 or older to receive messages from us.
