These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and all trainings, programs, and products offered by Tax Deed Wolf Academy LLC, doing business as Tax Deed Wolf Academy ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website, contacting us, attending a training, or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or our services.

Our trainings and programs
We provide education about tax deed and tax lien investing. Free trainings are offered at our discretion and may be rescheduled or withdrawn. Paid programs are delivered digitally after payment. Our programs are educational only and do not guarantee any financial result.
SMS terms and conditions
1. Program name. This messaging program is operated by Tax Deed Wolf Academy LLC, doing business as Tax Deed Wolf Academy (the "Program").
2. Program description. You opt in by providing your mobile number in the contact form on our website and checking the applicable SMS consent box. There are separate boxes for non-marketing and marketing messages; you may choose either, both, or neither. Non-marketing messages include replies to your inquiry, registration confirmations and reminders for trainings you signed up for, and appointment confirmations. If you separately consent to marketing messages, you may also receive invitations to upcoming free trainings and updates about our education programs. The boxes are never pre-checked, and consent is not a condition of contacting us, attending a training, or making any purchase. Accepting these Terms or using this website does not by itself give consent to receive text messages.
3. How to cancel. Text STOP to the number you receive messages from at any time. We will confirm by SMS, and you will receive no further messages.
4. How to rejoin. Opt in again through the contact form on our website.
5. Help. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact [email protected] or +1 (386) 801-7949.
6. Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your plan.
8. Privacy. See our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties other than the aggregators and providers strictly necessary to transmit the messages.
9. Age. You must be at least 18 years old to consent to receive text messages from us.
10. Compliance. This Program operates in accordance with the TCPA, CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, carrier requirements, and applicable law. We honor all opt-out requests promptly.
No guarantee of results
Our trainings and programs are educational. We do not promise or guarantee that you will acquire any property, achieve any return, or earn any amount of money. Real estate investing, including tax deed and tax lien investing, involves risk, including the risk of losing money. Outcomes depend on your own decisions, effort, capital, local laws, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.

Communications
When you contact us or sign up for a training, we may reply by email about that training and your inquiry. We send text messages only if you have separately checked an SMS consent box, as described above. You can unsubscribe from email at any time or reply STOP to any text.
Payments and refunds
Prices are shown at the point of purchase in US dollars. Refund terms, where offered, are stated in your enrollment agreement.
Intellectual property
All content and materials we provide are owned by Tax Deed Wolf Academy LLC and licensed to you for personal, non-transferable use. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute them.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site or provide a phone number that is not your own or that you are not authorized to enroll in our messaging program.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including investment losses.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest revision. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
