If you purchase a program, our payment processor collects the billing details needed to complete the transaction. We do not store full payment card numbers.

Text messaging and mobile information

How we collect consent. We send text messages only to people who give express written consent by providing their mobile number in the contact form on our website and checking the applicable SMS consent box. There are two separate boxes: one for non-marketing messages and one for marketing messages. You may choose either, both, or neither. The boxes are never pre-checked. Consent to receive text messages is never required to contact us, register for a training, or make a purchase, and providing your phone number alone, or accepting our Terms of Service, does not by itself give consent to receive text messages.

What we send. If you consent to non-marketing messages, you may receive replies to your inquiry, registration confirmations and reminders for trainings you signed up for, and appointment confirmations. If you separately consent to marketing messages, you may also receive invitations to upcoming free trainings and updates about our education programs.

Opting out and getting help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time; we will send one confirmation and nothing further. Reply HELP for help, or contact [email protected] or +1 (386) 801-7949. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You must be 18 or older to receive messages from us.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

We share personal information only with service providers that process it on our behalf to run our business, and only as needed to perform their service. These include:
